Proudly produced in Prince Edward County. Pinot Noir vinegar aged 10 years in oak barrels and blended with an all natural raspberry concentrate. Perfect balance of acidity with the juicy sweetness of raspberries.  No artificial colours or preservatives. Our flavoured vinegars are perfect for vinegrettes, sauces & marinades on salads, meats and more. Try adding a shot to your favourite drink or reducing it and drizzling on pizza, pancakes, ice cream or cheesecake for a sweet and tangy kick of flavour.
