Chardonnay (Local County Oak Barrel Aged)

Previous Vintages won Bronze at the prestigious Chardonnay du Monde (France), The Finger Lakes International Wine Comp (USA) and Canadian Wine Awards. Our area is one of the few places on Earth where both oak suitable for wine barrels and grapes grow side by side and Black Prince Winery is most proud to release the first Chardonnay aged for 18 months in local white oak barrels. Only 100 cases produced. Light Wheat colour, peach nose & tastetease of Empire apple, long fruit finish. Serve with: Soft Cheeses, Creamy Pasta.
