Pinot Gris

Done in the Alsation style. Floral and grapefruit nose. Long pronounced upfront taste. Zingy mid palate with lots of fruit & well balanced acidity, ends with a long velvety impression on the palate.
Serve with: Creamy pastas, curry or light salads.
